If you are not satisfied with Meridary within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we will refund the full purchase price. No questions asked.
After 30 Days
Refunds are not available after the 30-day guarantee period. Your lifetime license remains active for the core planner and all future core updates.
How to Request
To request a refund, contact us with your order confirmation email and the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your access toMeridary may be suspended while the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, a full refund will be processed and your access revoked. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly.
