30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Meridary within 30 days of your lifetime license purchase, write to support@mail.meridary.com and we will refund the full purchase price. No questions asked. The guarantee clock starts on the day you buy. The guarantee applies to the lifetime license only.
Monthly plan
The monthly plan is billed each month and can be canceled anytime from Account → Manage billing. Canceling stops future charges; unused days in the current period are not refunded. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to monthly.
After 30 Days
Refunds are not available after the 30-day guarantee period. Your lifetime license remains active for the core planner and all future core updates.
How to Request
To request a refund, write to support@mail.meridary.com with your order confirmation email and the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your access toMeridary may be suspended while the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, a full refund will be processed and your access revoked. We encourage you to write to support@mail.meridary.com first so we can resolve any issue directly.
