Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. License
Meridary grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Meridary web application for your own personal financial planning purposes. A lifetime license is a one-time purchase and includes all future updates to the core planner. “Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of the Service, for as long as Meridary is offered, not a guarantee of indefinite future availability. A monthly subscription grants the same planner access while the subscription is active and may be canceled at any time.
2. No Professional Advice
Meridary is a planning and modeling tool, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The projections and calculations it produces are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions encoded in the engine. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Meridary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or useMeridary for any commercial service offering without express written permission. You may build and re-run personal plans as often as you like, and save up to 100 of them per account.
5. Future Add-Ons
Your lifetime license covers the core planner and its updates. Cost-intensive new capabilities, future add-on modules, premium data integrations, or features that carry ongoing server or data costs, may be offered as separate one-time or subscription purchases and are not included in the lifetime license retroactively.
6. Limitation of Liability
Meridary is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
